Valentine’s Day is coming! This time of year the weather is dark and gloomy, summer is a way off and we need something to cheer us up! This February 14th how about making it an excuse to get all glammed up for a night out?
Here’s some tips for the perfect outfit for your valentines date.
1. Pub Meal or Cinema This year’s warm dresses or tunics with trousers are ideal. Introduce a splash of romantic red or hot pink with a scarf or accessories.
2. Meal After Work No time to change? Have your heels and accessories in your bag and a shrug or pretty kimono that will transform daytime into evening, along with a quick layer of make-up.
3. Posh Meal Out This warrants a special dress –maybe one you’ve been saving for a special occasion such as this. Have a try on the day before and experiment with shoes and jewellery that matches. Goosebumps aren’t a good look so have a shrug or kimono to drape around bare shoulders.
4. Dancing Whether it’s fun night or a formal dance comfortable footwear is vital. You can’t let your hair down if you spend the whole evening limping with a blister. And take a pair of flats to change into at the end of the night!
