Ok so I’ll admit it, my PJs have had a lot more wear over the past few weeks (possibly months...) and there have been more than a couple of days when getting dressed has simply meant changing into a different pair.
But with lockdown set to continue for some time I know I need to up my game and start making use of some of the other clothes in my wardrobe.
Really, like lots of us at the moment, I’m hankering after comfort - clothes that are cosy and hug in all the right places.

Black Floral Tie Waist Dress
As someone who is lucky enough to be able to work at home, I can admittedly get away with ultra-casual wear most of the time (the sights the Postman has seen!), but on days where I need to make multiple Zoom calls, this dress is the perfect option. The drawstring waist and jersey-soft feel make it a joy to wear. I love the floral print with little splashes of red and grey-blue on black - colourful without being too bold.

Simple, well-cut pieces are brilliant for days when the most exciting thing on the horizon is a trip to the supermarket. This cotton jersey tunic in a stunning dark green works equally well over jeans, leggings or skirts and it ticks all the boxes in terms of comfort.

Dalmatian print is all the rage at the moment and it’s put to great use in this swing tunic. The flattering loose fit and jersey fabric make it so comfy you will not want to wear anything else! And don’t say I told you, but if you make sure you angle the camera in the right direction you could get away with teaming this with your tracky bottoms for your next work Zoom call...

For days when you feel a bit gloomy, wearing bright colours can really give your mood a boost, and what could be brighter than warming red? This soft jersey dress is so comfy you can almost imagine it’s giving you a hug, which for many of us is something we could definitely do with right now.
